Technical Support Associate
Providing Voice & E-Mail Technical Help Desk Services support to Vantage Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users. Awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies. Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN. Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and Troubleshooting.

Responsible for providing quick, friendly customer service by answering customers questions, providing purchase assistance and keeping shelves stocked. Assigned primarily to one zone on the sales floor, but may be required to work in other areas.
